At LBP, we take pride in offering our clients the best possible weather conditions. Should the weather be inclement or even a dark, cloudy drab day, a reschedule date will be offered.

Session retainer fees are non-refundable. We understand people fall ill or have last minute conflicts. Therefore, one reschedule is allowed. For each additional reschedule, the session fee will be forfeited and another session fee will be applied.

Payment in full is due at the time your order is placed.

Due to the custom nature of our photography ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Print order fulfillment typically takes 3-4 weeks. Custom orders such as monogrammed folio boxes could take up to 6 weeks.

Accepted forms of payment:  Check, electronic check and debit cards.

 Digital files turnaround varies between 24 hours and 3 weeks depending upon season volume. 

 Gift Certificates are available for purchase. Before purchasing this beautiful gift of custom photography, please review all pricing. We recommend to purchase at minimum the session fee plus products, the recipient will not fee obligated to purchase anything from your gift.

Please know LBP only archives purchased images for one year. After this time frame, images are archived but there is no guarantee the images will be accessible.  Unordered sessions are deleted from our system 30 days after the proofs are posted.

A 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax is added to each order where applicable.
