Weather Policy
At Leslie Browne Photography, we believe beautiful portraits begin with beautiful light. To ensure the highest quality images, outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to rain, inclement weather, or dark, overcast conditions. Whenever possible, we will work together to select the best date and lighting for your portrait session.
Session Retainers & Rescheduling
Session retainers are non-refundable, as they reserve your date and time on our calendar.
We understand that illnesses and unexpected conflicts happen. One complimentary reschedule is included with every session. Additional date changes may require a new session retainer.
Ordering & Payment
Payment in full is due at the time your portrait order is placed.
Because every portrait is custom edited and every order is created specifically for you, all sales are final.
Turnaround Times
Digital Portraits: Typically delivered within 24 hours to 3 weeks, depending on seasonal volume.Printed Artwork: Most orders are completed within 3–4 weeks.
Custom Products: Personalized artwork, including handcrafted folio boxes, may require up to 6 weeks.
Digital Images
Every purchased digital portrait includes:
Professional retouchingHigh-resolution digital file
Matching web-sized copy
Personal print release
Only purchased images receive professional retouching.
To ensure the long-term preservation of your portraits, we recommend downloading and backing up your digital images immediately upon delivery.
Artwork Quality
Every piece of artwork is carefully inspected before delivery to ensure it meets our quality standards. We proudly stand behind every product we create and want you to love your finished portraits.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and make a thoughtful gift for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, graduations, or any special occasion.
We recommend gifting both the session fee and product credit so recipients can fully enjoy their portrait experience without feeling obligated to make an additional purchase.
Image Archiving
Purchased images are archived for one year from the date of purchase.
After one year, images may be archived offline, and availability cannot be guaranteed.
Unordered proof galleries are permanently removed 30 days after they are posted.
Copyright
Leslie Browne Photography retains the copyright to all images.
Images may not be copied, scanned, downloaded, altered, or reproduced in any way without written permission. Unauthorized use is a violation of U.S. Copyright Law.
